Help!

OK so I go to update my poker tracker today and when I do it acts like I never even bought the thing in the first place every thing has been reset and now it wont even work. To say I'm bothered would be an under statement right now and could use some assistants.

You should be able to just put in your registration code (available on your my codes page) and everything should work properly once more.

nothing is working the same and it keeps crashing should I just reinstall every thing?

Do you use Norton? If so, please uninstall and reinstall Norton and that should fix things for you.
