Post-Installation/"Continue Trial" Screen and... Nothing

Hello!

As the title says, I'm getting to the count down from five, able to press "continue trial", and then after pressing that, nothing ever happens. After a few minutes, the program closes entirely, unprompted. This is on a Mac.

I searched the issue here and elsewhere, and I've tried it with security/privacy set to on and off for PT4, I've re-started my computer, etc.

Please press/hold the 'Alt/Option' key while starting PokerTracker 4 to enable logging, reproduce this issue and then attach your log file to a Support Ticket where a technician can follow up on this with you:

\Users\{Mac Login}\Library\Application Support\PokerTracker 4\Logs\PokerTracker4.log

Thanks, I've submitted a ticket. A quick perusal of this forum will show anyone a half dozen or more folks having the same problem, all in the past few months, and all with an almost identical response from you!

Perhaps your company could come up with some sort of actual fix for the problem that seems to be occurring since the latest update of Ventura, rather than repeatedly giving out the same advice that does not work, and then telling everyone to file a support ticket? I'm not a computer software company, but just seems to make sense to me.
