Rather frustrating indeed.

What version are you running? Build 3?
Are you doing anything particular when you get the crash?
Please enable logging, reproduce the problem by playing a few hands on a single table and submit your PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log files (zip/compress them first, call it logs.zip) to the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.

You should build error reporting into the software, I shouldn't have to do this work.

The logging is built in, but you won't want it enabled all the time - and we need to know the circumstances of the problems too.
You don't have to send us your log files, of course, but if you want us to fix your problem it will help us if you can give us as much information as possible.

If this were free software, I would agree with you.

I'll happily spam you with log files everytime it crashes, which seems to be anytime I do anything beyond open and import (and sometimes just that).

It's very very unstable. I'm disgruntled.

ps yes, build 3.

I understand that this is frustrating, but people who get crashes now are very rare so we can't fix them without some information from the people who still have problems. We don't need a log for every crash, though, obviously. If you get crashes in any particular situations, please send a log for each type.
We do appreciate your help - we want to get rid of all these issues!

I'm starting to have the same problems also. I just downloaded the trial a few days ago every time i run PT3 It either locks up and I have to ctrl+alt+del to close out PT from the task manager or I get a R6025 -Pure virtual function cell error message.

Please create and send us your log files as I suggested above.
