win7 installing postgreSQL Problem

During install the postgreSQL, no matter what the version is (i have tried the 8.3.11 and 8.4.4.1),
it appear and pop-up windows with the warning message:
"Problem running post-install step. Installation may not
complete correctly
Error reading file C:/Program Files/PostgreSQL/8.4/data/postgresql.conf"

how can i solve the problem?

i Have tried many times.....
