Lost Registration Code

I had computer problems and ended up installing windows 7 on my computer and misplaced my registration code. I sent an email a couple weeks back about it and haven't gotten a response. I figure that's probably because of christmas etc. The problem is it also looks like I didn't register when I purchased PTS so I guess I'd have to give you my Credit card number to verify the purchase.
