I have never used PT3. I do have HEM. HEM has always been easy to install for me. I just downloaded and intalled PT3.

I am told to Configure PostgreSQL Server. I click connect and I get an error pop up box saying: Unable to connect to this database. Please check the configuration.

What is this configuration? How can I get PT3 prober installed?

I want to use both HEM and PT3 in the future.

How to proceed?

I found that thread and changed the password. The problem is solved.

Glad to hear it - for the record, the default HEM password is 'postgrespass'.
