Zoom Poker, not Importing Properly

Postby JayKon17 » Tue Mar 27, 2012 1:54 pm

Hey there, I just have a +$100 session at 50NL Zoom, yet for some reason it's saying I've lost $56. I'm just curious as to what I might've did... I tried re-importing the hands from file, same result.

It was working fine about 2 hours ago.

Eg, I won a $138 hand, and the graph moves up maybe a dollar or so. I have screen shots and stuff if someone could explain how to import them into the forum... I suck at explaining things.

Okay, fwiw... they are coming up as 'wins' but 0.00 in My Currency... has the Canadian dollar lost all it's value? :P

...fixed. Just went to Options -> Currency and reloaded the currency conversion. Thanks for wasting your time reading all this :D

This happens to me as well when playing Zoom tables - everything starts out fine, but half way through the session PT4 seems to stop converting amounts won/lost to £ GBP. Changing the database to use USD, then changing back to GBP fixes this issue for hands already imported, but takes a long time and obviously isn't ideal.

FWIW I was playing 6 Zoom tables at a time, for ~4k hands per session. The last ~1300 or so hands are affected.

We're aware of the intermittent issue with the currency conversion rate not always being set correctly. Until we work out why this happens you can (as you have seen) update the rates afterwards to correct it.

Another question, Why doesn't the Hot keys function work while running an import?

Whenever I start Pokerstars, the Hot keys (in Pokerstars) work fine, as soon as I get my HUD up there, I can't use them at all.
