Say I have this 2bet flop stat where I can put "has position" at out of position. Why is this not equivalent to the check/raise flop stat?
I see the possibility that c/r also counts like 3bet etc as "raise" but then the opportunities to c/r should always be more then to 2bet oop which is not the case according to my stats. They dont usually differ by much sometimes just by 1 opportunity but sometimes its a bit more then this and not only in opportunities.

* is the following out of position: the player in question has position on the better but someone else still in the hand has position on him?

No - that's where the difference may come in. You "have position" if you are last to act on the street. If there are 3 players on the flop and you're second to act you are not "in position" regardless of whether the preflop aggressor acts first or third.
