IGT + boss names missing after importing HEM1 database

as the title says: everything went fine but all my hands played at entraction (igt) and poker heaven (boss media) are missing (PLO HU)

are those sites supported? what could be the problem? can i manually export hands from HEM1 and then import them into PT4 (maybe this works...)

They are supported sites and they should work. Please try the manual export and import method - if that doesn't work, please attach some of these exports to a support ticket so that we can investigate further for you.

and how does manuall import work? cant find it tbh

Use the Get Hands From Disk option on the Play Poker page.

manual import worked for entraction and boss but importing while playing does not (cant check for boss because im not playing there anymore)

hand history patch is identical and HEM1 is importing just fine from the database

i just checked and it seems to be a general setup problem, since i cant import NL hands, too

any idea?

ok the auto detect detected the directory slighty wrong, thanks for the help
