PT4 freezes

Hi,
When replaying games in the replayer, it freezes 4 or 5 times and I have to restart the software.

That definitely should not be happening. What version of PT4 are you using? Are you using a custom HUD or built in HUD?

PT4 v4.04.1 - it is a custom HUD

Please update to v4.05 and let us know whether or not you still see the same problem?

It would also be useful to know whether you get the same problem using one of the built-in default profiles?

We do have a change for the next version which should fix a Hud freeze in some situations, but I wouldn't expect that to affect the Replayer.
Do you use popups when using the Replayer?

Problem appears to have been fixed when I updated.
Yes I do use pop ups but it only ever used to freeze when I opened the replayer initially.

Hi,

Just letting you know that I have the same problem :

Replaying MTT hands from Pokerstars.fr, the replayer does freezes and needs a software restart.
I thought at first it could be due to the fact I was using a custom HUD, like you said. But I just made the test by starting with the default HUD and then changing and it worked fine.

And sometimes (pretty often actually) the replayer simply wont launch at all, it will freeze even before charging a single hand and even having the opportunity to choose my custom HUD.
I'm using the 4.04.1 version at the moment.

I'll try updating to the 4.05

4.05.2 Beta is now available which includes a fix for an issue we found which can cause this kind of behaviour.
