I can't establish Poker Tracker 4

I bought Poker Tracker 4. PT4 was established, and PostgreSQL started being established and gives out Pokertracker a window "The PostgreSQL installer did not complete successfully". I have an OS Window 7 HB. what to do?

Please follow these directions to uninstall and re-install PostgreSQL. If you still have problems open a Support Ticket and one of our support technicians will work with you to get things sorted out.
