can't get pokertracker 3 to auto import.

Click Start type services.msc and click on it when it appears. Is PostgreSQL in the list and is it running?

where do i do that. its importing hands now but no stats coming up on ps. and i can't even think there sync

and not sure on postgresql. normally loads up and its all good

In PT3 try clicking Database -> Database Management -> New and creating a new blank database. Set it as Active and Default and then try importing as a test - do hands import properly then?

tried what u said to do mate, and still getting same thing and last thing says (unable to launch auto- import for site : Sereus Network. Reason Cereus Network auto -importer needs to be confiured.

The Cereus network isn't really around anymore - you can turn the import for it off by unchecking "Begin with Auto Import" in the Auto Import -> Cereus Configuration tab.

Please see the PokerStars Configuration Guide and that will help you get things set up and working. You don't need Cereus import turned on in order to import from PokerStars.
