Backup Hands and New Installation

Hi there! I've some questions.
Planning to buy a new pc...

- how to make a backup of all my hands data in order to dont loose alle the opponents stats and my graphs/stats/hands review?
- how to proceed with the installation? I simply use my personal code or which is the procedure?

Our Backup and Restore tutorial is here. Just install normally on your new machine using your registration code and you should be fine.

Ehy one question. I uninstalled PT4 from this machine which will be substituted btw today and monday.
I did the backup and it's ready to be restored in the new machine but...
I simply have to download PT4 once again and use my own registration code I find in "My Account"? Nothing more?

That's correct - just download and install PT4 on the new computer. The installer will set up PostgreSQL for you. When you run PT4 use File > Restore to load your backup file.

Hi there! It's "the day".
I re-installed PT4 withotu problems using my code but now I repeated the procedure suggested 3 times with no success.
As soon as the restore process is complete I've to click on "CLOSE" and restart the PC?
WEll I did but if i go to STATS I dont find my 3 profiles... If I go to HUD Profiles the same...

Something I'm missing? Pls tell.

Update. I did the 3rd restore process an d finally I see my HUDs profiles. But really no signs of my players profiles and my stats

Are you sure you have your player name selected from the drop down? Does the database size in Database -> Database Management seem right?

There's something I've to select before starting the restore process? Maybe I forgot to select something before?
Or you mean I did a backup "forgetting" the players profiles/stats/hands?
