PT4 with PokerStars New Jersey Not Working

The message I get when I try to configure is 'Pokerstars does not appear to be installed'

Is it possible to configure it correctly?

Please tell us the EXACT name of the PokerStars New Jersey application in 'Applications'. I expect it to be 'PokerStars NJ', but it could be 'PokerStarsNJ' for example.

Thanks. You can configure PokerStars manually in PokerTracker 4 via "Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> Site Configuration -> PokerStars".

If the auto detect does not locate your hand history folder you should use "Add" instead to get things setup.

I used add and the HHs are being located, but the HUD isn’t working. I am using a MAC with the latest software. Am I missing something?

Presumably that is on regular tables and not Zoom tables? Please enable logging via "Configure -> Options -> Logging Enabled", restart PT4, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system along with your PokerTracker4.log file so that we can see what is going on.

i got the import to work but I'm also not getting the HUD to show up. I'll do the logging thing.

My HUD stats finally started showing up with a slight delay after I sat at the table, then they worked fine.

I can't get preferred seating to work correctly.

We recommend that you select "Always Auto-Center Me" in the PokerStars software.

Guide: PokerStars Preferred Seating

If you have selected specific preferred seats in the PokerStars software and want to use that feature then this overrides the "Always Auto-Center Me" for those tables sizes (on non-Zoom tables). If that is the case you would then need to configure those preferred seats for each relevant table size in PokerTracker 4 as well via "Configure -> Site & Import Options -> PokerStars".
