Pokerstars not importing Windows 10

I just installed Pokerstars. HH track matches for PT4 and where they are saved on disc. No hands are imported though. Any ideas?

Is the option to 'Save My Hand History' enabled in the PokerStars client and are the hands saving in English? Are you clicking 'Play Poker -> Get Hands While Playing' in PokerTracker 4? If that's not the trouble then please enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket so we can see what is going on here:
