PT4 problem with stars

I have several problems that I don't have with the other rooms.

1st is that I do not get the HUD of all the players on the table

2nd that no matter how much I save to save layout, the HUDs come out misplaced

I don't want to create a new topic. I made a ticket and got response: 'this is the way it has to be'. I asked my friend about my problem, who uses HM2, who plays over 25k hands a month on zoom, which is wrong HUD every 30-70 hands (becasue of anti-grabbing hands pokerstars feature) and he don't see any wrong stats. Am I the only person with this problem? Is PT4 developed? Will be PT5 realeased?

I don't see any tickets linked to this account so I'm not sure what problems you're having. Could you please either post your ticket number or explain the problems?
We are still updating PT4. There will be a PT5, but I don't yet have a timescale for that - it is still some way off.

I do not have anything to add based on the information in that ticket but if you want to reopen it with a technician you can just reply to it again.

Ok. Copy that. Another problem. Why notes disappear? I mark every player after taking a note and most of notes are gone. Why?
