When using Windows Vista or Windows 7 in some cases it is important to run PT4 and the poker client as administrator.
Note that this is different to being logged into Windows using an administrator account.
To configure an application (e.g. PT4 or your poker site software) to Run As Administrator right click the icon that you use to launch it and choose "Run As Administrator".
Tip! This only needs to be done once per install, but if you re-install the application you will need to re-enable this option.
