Please enable logging (Configure -> Options -> Logging enabled), reproduce the problem (let the report populate for 15 minutes or so) and then shut down PT3 and attach the PokerTracker.log file found at C:/Program Files/PokerTracker 3, (not in the logs sub-directory), to a
Support Ticket prior to restarting PT3. Note that the log file also can appear as a text document called "PokerTracker" if your Windows is configured to hide file name extensions.
