use of colorcodes PT3 XP

Hi,

Im trying to use color codes in my hud.
I only want to activate a color when i player had x nr of opportunities, so when player A had 20 oppertunites to 3bet and 3bet stat is higher than 20 then apply red color.
How do i set this ?
