Fold to 3b?

Postby Bunin » Sat Mar 31, 2012 9:28 pm

Hi,

There has been discussion on 2+2 that the fold to 3b stat on PT3 counts all folds when there was a 3bet even if player did not put money in the hand prior to the 3b. Is this correct?

If it is, where can I find the fold to 3b that means : Put money in the pot then fold to 3b? I think this is better than "Raise and fold to 3b" because it counts in folds to squeezes but the latter will also do well in case the original
assumption is correct.

Thank You,
Alex.

That's correct. There's a stat "Fold to PF 3Bet When Raised" that gives you cases where the player opened, but is limited to non-steal positions based on its formulation.

In PT4 this stat is called "Fold to PF 3Bet After Raise" and is not limited in that way.

Wow that really changes things as I now realize I've been wrong in the way I view this stat.

Is there a custom stat like that for pt3? steal positions are important to me

To build it as a custom stat you can duplicate the existing stat and its columns and remove the references to stealing - see the Tutorial: Custom Reports and Statistics for information on working with custom stats.

I've found "Fold to PF 3bet when initial raiser" in the custom stats section. I think that should do the job, no?
