Is it possible to replay ALL hands from a specific session in pokertracker?

Yes, go to the Sessions tab, click on the session in the top pane you want to replay and then click the small Play icon at the bottom right of the report that has the hands in it. That will load up a replayer with the hands in that report (set in the order they are currently displaying). You can now play through them however you would like. Ctrl+right and ctrl+left will move you forward or backward one hand also, which may be useful for you to know.
