how to analyse my stats

Hello, I have been using PT3 for a year now. Up to now I haven't analysed my game after I finish sessions so I only used the HUD of PT3. There are bunch of stats that I can look at but I am not sure what I should look to improve my game in a fast way.

Like should I replay the hands that I lost many? Or should I look at which hole cards I loose money?

How do you guys analyse your game with your statistics? I wonder that.
