is ist possible to tell pt3 or postgres where to buffer the cache DURING the cachebuilding?

I'm not sure what you mean - all postgres related data is going to go in the PostgreSQL folder - PT3 has no control over that.

postgres is not installed on the system partition...but during the cachebuilding, postgres buffer something on my winpartition. how can i change this?

That would probably be in the TEMP folder, which is defined in Windows, although I don't know that for sure.
There are directions on changing that here, for example.
