Datamine with PokerTracker3

Learning slowly how to use this software can anyone link me to how to read the stats i've set up on my HUD to determine how to play a hand on my sit and go games.

At the moment all I see is numbers and they mean nothing to me

Hands
win%
call PFR
VPIP
PFR

I know what they all mean but what determines how I use those numbers? Any other useful tips would be appreciated, I play 45 man Turbos. I wish there is an option to see a villians shuving range based on hand collected
