How can I get my PT3 hands into PT4?

How can I get my PT3 hands into PT4? Is it possible to export the databse from pt3 and import it to pt4?

When you first run PT4 the Setup Assistant runs and offers you a way to automatically transfer your PT3 database(s) into PT4.
You can run this again at any time from the Tools menu.
Alternatively you can import from the original hand history files or from an export from PT3, using 'Get hands from disk' on the Play Poker tab.
