My PokerTrack does not work

I would assume that once i started it. it would start working. but im in the middle of a tourney when i started and nothing seemed to work. the HH said "Hand observed but not imported" .... What should i do?

it is my first day of the free trial. can some one please help

k i have HH going a little bit. not big enough sample size? and how do i import my own HH to get my username connected?

in my tourney, i seem to have only one hand imported. dunno why
