should i uninstall 8.3 and reinstall 8.3 or install 8.4 for pt4? will 8.4 work with pt3? pt4 seems alittle buggy at this point.

We support 8.3, 8.4 and 9.0 in both PT3 and PT4. If you're going to change between those versions though you'd need a backup to restore from in the new version or you'd need to reimport your hands. If you don't want to do either of those, reinstalling 8.3 if you had 8.3 before is going to be the only way to go.
