Well, I have been playing there about a month - more or less. My hand history is saved - although it's a little awkward - but it is saved. You have to set it up, though. Given the number of players on this site I think it should be reconsidered.

BetOnline/Chinco Network's numbers have actually dropped since they were re-admitted to the Chico Network as discussed in the article below. For details see PokerScout. Once again we cannot support a site this small without help from the network, they have not expressed interest therefore it is out of our hands.... sorry.

You are raising your hand in the wrong location. Contact BetOnline and let them know you want PokerTracker to work with their software. BetOnline is too small for us too support without their help, therefore they need to come to PokerTracker first. When we spoke with BetOnline they were not interested. Sorry, but there is nothing we can do at this stage.
