Now that bwin joined party gaming my hands arent imported anymore. I guess the hand history file has been changed, but I can't find it. How can I fix this?

You would need to reconfigure it to use the Party configuration as explained here.

For me the new hand history path for BWin is:

C:\Programs\bwincom\bwincomPoker\HandHistory

Hello,

I am playing at BWIN as well as at Party.
I assume hat BWIN configuration now should be done in Poker Tracker 3 "PartyGaming Configuration". But when I try to add the BWIN handhistory folder then PokerTracker rejects this by saying:
"Another site is already configured to save hand histories to this location. ..."

I am still able to add the new BWIN hand history folder within the Ongame configuration of Poker Tracer. The history folder seems to be recognized by PT3, but no hands are imported.
Any idea what I should do?

You need to remove the configuration from the OnGame area and then add it in the Party section and then things should start working properly for you.

Unable to load hand history file on some tables like those : Thiès, Tvååker .... others working fine... any solution ?

Please send us the hand history and a screenshot of one of these tables via our support system and we'll look into this for you further.
