In PT3 you can only tell the position of the active player - the player the stat is being calculated for.
Check out the Tutorial: Custom Reports and Statistics for an explanation of how to make a positional version of a stat.

In PT4 you can tell the position that each raise came from, but that isn't possible in PT3.
