Make sure that none of the lines you changed in the PostgreSQL config files have a # at the start. Any lines with a # at the start are ignored so your changes won't take effect.

Did you reboot (or at least restart the PostgreSQL service) after you made the changes?

All the lines have # at the start and yes i did restart

It may still ask but no matter what you put in it should connect, so do give that a try. If that doesn't work, create a support ticket and we'll make sure you get taken care of.

You need to REMOVE the # from the start of the lines.
