Weighted Contributed Rake Stat

Since PokerStars announced today that they are changing to a weighted contributed model of distributing VPPs (see this post for the full list of changes), we decided it would be best to have a Weighted Contributed Rake stat easily available for use in PT3.

Attached to this post is a zip file with that stat. To import it, download and unzip the file. Click Configure --> Configure Stats, change to the Stats tab and click Import. Choose the Weighted Contributed Rake.pt3stat file that you unzipped and click OK. After the file is imported, you can add it to any report which uses Player Statistics stats - for example, the bottom report on the General tab is one such report. To add the stat, click the small wrench icon at the top right of the report, locate the new stat in the list and double click to add it to the display.

Please note that if you are going to use this is any HUD layouts you will want to update your cache after importing the stat.

Hey, thanks for the stat. Do you compare WCR to MGR or to Rake?

Can you make one for omaha as well?

You can use the "Convert To" button to make a copy of the stat for omaha.

Hey, stars reduced the rake at one point and then changed it back to how it was, does the stat reflect that?

This stat is based on the amount of rake that was actually taken in the hands that were played.

Hi,
Thanks for this. I have imported the stat and got it to display in the 'player statistics' section of the general tab for hold em and omaha. Where I would really like to be able to see it though is in the 'player summary' section of the general tab and on the sessions tab, as this is where the mgr column is.

When I click the wrench next to either of these sections to add a stat, it is not listed there and I am not able to add it. Is it possible to add this stat to those sections?

This stat cannot be added to that section - that section contains stats that are based on entire sessions. The information required to build this statistic accurately is only available on the hand level. You can add MGR to the Player Statistics section though and that should work properly if you want to see them side-by-side.
