88 000 players in my database!!

Ive got my pgadmin page up but dont seem to be able to type anything in, does anyone know how i start to run a query?

Click on the database you want to run the query against (You have to click the little + next to the connection to show the databases) and click the sixth button along the toolbar with the pencil and paper with SQL written on it and that will pop open a window you can write the query in.

The icon seems to remain grey and inactive when i have selected the DB, if I double click the DB on the left hand side, some pop up appears asking for a password.

The default password is 'dbpass'. If it doesn't work for you, you can remove the password requirement by following the steps of this tutorial.

Thanks for the password, took a bit of doing, but I created a restore point just in case, when you input dbpass you get 2 db's PT3 and SQL if you just highlight the PT3 db and then copy and paste the posters instructions in the window, then click the file tab and execute it works!!

I now have just under 9000 players in my DB which is a more realistic amount.

Thanks for the help, Im sure this should be incorporated into the next release as I found no problems at all once I figured out how to do it with somw help from yourself.

It's on our list of things to do; I don't know if it's going to make it into the next Beta or not, though.
