I dont have any installed, i uninstalled mcaffee ages ago, i normally use online virus scanners or malwarebytes. Now you mention it when i first tried to register pt3 it wouldnt accept the registration code, i opened a support ticket about it at the time, they said it was something on my pc stopping pt3 from communicating with the internet but never found out what it was, it only worked when i uninstalled and reinstalled pt3, is this the same issue? How can i begin to find out what's stopping it?

Honestly the easiest thing will be to create a support ticket using this link and we'll schedule a remote session where one of our technicians will log into your computer and troubleshoot the issue with you directly.
