Where do I download PT3 with Postgresql?

Click Start, type in Services.msc and hit enter. In the window that appears, locate the Secondary Logon service from the list and right click it and click Properties. Set it to startup type Automatic and Start the service. The installer should then complete normally.

OK. I got PostgreSQL installed. Now I can't find the instructions on how to configure PT2 for PostgreSQL. Could you point me in the right place again please? Then I need to restore the database from the backup I made on my other PC.
