kraada - as I stated I have made those changes, followed all the instructions in the links you guys have provided, and I have stated what my gmail and outlook express configurations look like - the hand histories now appear in both my gmail inbox and my outlook express inbox.
gmail configuration: POP is enabled for all mail, IMAP is disabled
outlook express is configured correctly as proven by the fact that the hand histories in my gmail inbox moved over to the outlook express inbox.
What should the PT3 POP3 email server configuration state?
As an example, if you use a GMail account it will be something like this: Server: pop.gmail.com User: yourname@gmail.com Password: Your GMail password GMail uses SSL, so enable that option and set it to Port 995.
PT3 cannot read from Outlook - if the emails are no longer on your GMail server then PT3 won't be able to access them.

Correct - PT3 can connect directly to the GMail server.
