URGENT! PokerStars: Hand History Bug - Incorrect Winnings

If they haven't updated their software for you this afternoon then the bug is not fixed, though you can request properly formatted hand histories from them.

Knowing PokerStars and their commitment to their users I would be surprised if a fix was not available sometime today.

I didn't ask suppoert for them.....


If you log into PokerStars, there is an option on the "Requests" menu to request an email of hand histories.
I used this and the histories came through fine.
I just copied and pasted the histories from the email into the hand history file that had them wrong, purged the session from pokertracker (took ages even though it was only about 30 hands) and then re-imported the file.


Everything is ok now.

well I managed to get the hand history sent
then I deleted what I thought was my days HH from the file I thought they were in.
then I couldnt get the new hands ino the file because I had "copied text" and nowhere to put it.
played one hand so that I could open it and then "paste" the new HH from pokerstars into it.

then I went through the set up wizard in PT and configured it again.

fucked it up and now I have no HH for today.
little annoyed.

I have the HH that bit was easy.

I deleted what I thought was my saved HH that PT used.

I guess I'm dumb but I got everything done except I can't get the hand histories from my email into PT3. I can't see any hand history folder.

Stars getting very 'buggy' now. It took quite a long time to sit at a table a few minutes ago and when I request all my hand history by email I only get the last 200 hands.

Stopped play for the day and abandonded trying to import my stats into PT.

PokerStars only send the last 200 hands although I ask for last days!! I ask for the other option Request > history game, but I haven't received answer...

Please download 3.11.9! It fixes this problem. You will need to purge and re-import any hands that were affected.
