This is great news. One of the reasons I still have been using Pt2 was due to no being able to table select with pt3.

I play on party and cant see stats while observing. Something im doing wrong or will this be fixed when stars is?

I don't know if this will be done within PPT3 or not for Party, but there are 3rd party applications available which allow datamining at Party.

Im not bothered about datamining, i just want to see the stats before i choose to sit at a table

Yes, but hands need to be importing to see the HUD stats, as the HUD hooks into the auto import.

It depends on the site.
Yes, at Full Tilt.
At PokerStars we are allowed to import 30 observed hands at the start of a session so you will get stats shown at the start of an observed session.
All the other sites need 3rd party datamining applications at the moment to get stats on observed tables, but there are plans to add the memory scanner method to Party at least. I'm not sure about for other sites, it will depend how complicated it is.

hm i dont care about observed hands.
I just want to see stats (with hands of the DB) on the table, when iam not yet at the table and this still doesnt work.
Is there any option which should be on?

/edit oh ok i see pt3 need to know who is on the table to show the stats and therefor observed hands need to be imported. my bad

Yes, that's right.
As I said, I think a memory scanned method will be added (for some sites) to allow PT3 to see who is at the table without importing hands, but that is not yet available.
