I usually open up the client and stop the hud and the import, and then restart both. At that point, the hands sometimes show up, otherwise I restart PT3 and then it works.

Can someone help me with this issue? I reinstalled PT3 (left the databasaes alone), but that didn't work. Thanks for the help.
Is this happening if you have the "Enhance Hud Performance" checkbox checked in the HUD configuration options as well? Also, try renaming your C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\data\layouts.pt3 file to something else to revert to the default HUD layout and see if that helps the issues at all. If none of the above helps, please enable logging (Configure -> Options -> Logging enabled), reproduce the problem and then shut down PT3 and attach the PokerTracker.log file and PokerTrackerHUD.log file found at C:/Program Files/PokerTracker 3, (not in the logs sub-directory), to a Support Ticket. Also, if renaming that layouts.pt3 file helped, please attach that file to the ticket as well.

It's long past time to hire COMPETENT developer to finish this project. I'd lay 10 to 1 that the next "release" gets pushed back just like the previous 2 "expected releases". Maybe another vacation would help like you took last month. I payed my money and was supposed to get a finished piece of software, not a continual "beta" with "expected releases" pushed back continually. It's now been four months since the release date and really i don't think the software has been improved. :x :x :x :x

It didnt sound that way when i actually bought PT... There could be a change... Yes.. But I heard that even if there is no merge, the format of a pokerroom might change. There is nothing that will garantee you that the format will remain the same, since there is no norm...Is that a reason to not support all Pokerrooms? And you are already able to extract the Data with PT2, so the string parsing must be working somewhere.

What he meant was that since the format will be outdated and probably not used shortly, it's not on the top of our priorities to add support to the current one. That does not mean however, that we won't add support for it.

Thanks for your hard work. Here is something at the top of my personal wish list:

Tournament User Interface enhancements (easier input of results)

I play a lot of satellites which have my tourney results listed completely wrong. But it is virtually impossible to update each result individually.
