It should be, you may need to update your database manually as described in
this thread, though.

If the "incomplete" hands are complete or the other hands are real money not play money, please zip up the hands that are not importing properly and send them to us via the
support system and we'll look into what's causing these problems for you.).
It is not play money hands. I've experimented a bit and the problem doesn't seem to be hand specific. PT3 has no problem auto importing hands I've observed before auto importing is initiated, but gives an error message on 9 out of 10 hands that are auto imported "simultanously".

Please enable logging (Configure --> Options --> Logging Enabled and restart PT3) and attempt to import while playing and receiving these errors then attach the C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\PokerTracker.log and C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\PokerTrackerHud.log files as well as the hand histories in question to a
support ticket and we'll look into what could be causing this for you.

There will be, once the Layout Manager is completed, which I expect to happen sooner rather than later at this point.
muhkuhroyal wrote:What happened to my old HUD stats???? my old hud I configured is totally gone......... how can i restore it?????
Your old HUD stats should be in the Layouts.pt3 file in the C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\Data\ directory unless you installed PT3 to a different directory. Beta 25 may move the location of your stats around the first time (though they should save afterwards), but it shouldn't destroy any HUD data. That said, if you could please attach that layouts file to a
support ticket we'll look into what can be recovered.
zedjr wrote:Same thing happened to me. OLD hud configuration is gone and stats arent placed right and some dont show now. what is going on and how can i fix this?
You can move the stats around by right clicking and dragging to the location you want then PT Icon --> Save Layout will remember their location for the future. If you could also attach your layout, though, as directed above to a support ticket, it would be useful to us in figuring out what exactly is going on for you.
Messaa wrote:The "Show HUD" option in replayer doesn't work for me. When I try to check it, PT freezes. I have a pretty big DB.
These options cannot use the cache as it displays the stats at the time you were playing and thus precludes the cache from being used. Please be patient and give it a few minutes to see if it comes up.
If it doesn't, please enable logging (Configure --> Options --> Logging Enabled and restart PT3) and reproduce the crash then attach the C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\PokerTracker.log and C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\PokerTrackerHud.log files to a
support ticket and we'll look into what could be causing this for you.
damanrico wrote:My HUD also got screwed when installing this beta.
It still works etc, but the positioning is totally wrong now, and even when I move things around (liked mucked cards at showdown) and save the layout, the next time it still shows mucked cards wrong, etc.
The positioning should save properly; if you could create a log file where you move the stats, save the layout, close that table, and open up a new table and see the stats in the wrong places it would be extremely useful for us in figuring out what is going wrong for you.
