My HUD also got screwed when installing this beta.
It still works etc, but the positioning is totally wrong now, and even when I move things around (liked mucked cards at showdown) and save the layout, the next time it still shows mucked cards wrong, etc.

It should be, you may need to update your database manually as described in this thread, though.

If the "incomplete" hands are complete or the other hands are real money not play money, please zip up the hands that are not importing properly and send them to us via the support system and we'll look into what's causing these problems for you.).

It is not play money hands. I've experimented a bit and the problem doesn't seem to be hand specific. PT3 has no problem auto importing hands I've observed before auto importing is initiated, but gives an error message on 9 out of 10 hands that are auto imported "simultanously".

Please enable logging (Configure --> Options --> Logging Enabled and restart PT3) and attempt to import while playing and receiving these errors then attach the C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\PokerTracker.log and C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\PokerTrackerHud.log files as well as the hand histories in question to a support ticket and we'll look into what could be causing this for you.

There will be, once the Layout Manager is completed, which I expect to happen sooner rather than later at this point.

muhkuhroyal wrote:What happened to my old HUD stats???? my old hud I configured is totally gone......... how can i restore it?????

Your old HUD stats should be in the Layouts.pt3 file in the C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\Data\ directory unless you installed PT3 to a different directory. Beta 25 may move the location of your stats around the first time (though they should save afterwards), but it shouldn't destroy any HUD data. That said, if you could please attach that layouts file to a support ticket we'll look into what can be recovered.

zedjr wrote:Same thing happened to me. OLD hud configuration is gone and stats arent placed right and some dont show now. what is going on and how can i fix this?

You can move the stats around by right clicking and dragging to the location you want then PT Icon --> Save Layout will remember their location for the future. If you could also attach your layout, though, as directed above to a support ticket, it would be useful to us in figuring out what exactly is going on for you.

Messaa wrote:The "Show HUD" option in replayer doesn't work for me. When I try to check it, PT freezes. I have a pretty big DB.

These options cannot use the cache as it displays the stats at the time you were playing and thus precludes the cache from being used. Please be patient and give it a few minutes to see if it comes up.

If it doesn't, please enable logging (Configure --> Options --> Logging Enabled and restart PT3) and reproduce the crash then attach the C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\PokerTracker.log and C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\PokerTrackerHud.log files to a support ticket and we'll look into what could be causing this for you.

The positioning should save properly; if you could create a log file where you move the stats, save the layout, close that table, and open up a new table and see the stats in the wrong places it would be extremely useful for us in figuring out what is going wrong for you.

If i export some hands from one database and purge them afterwards, what happens to player notes in this first, purged database? If there is no hand left for this player, will he still be in the database, together with the notes(equivalent to players wihtout hands through tourney summaries)? Or do i loose exactly the player notes made in the purged hands?

At the moment player notes are not exported, but this feature is planned. I am not certain what happens to player notes in the purged database, and I'll look into it and I (or someone else) will get back to you about that one.

I just tested this:
I purged all hands from a site => No player is shown => No notes

Then I re-imported a few hands => player in these hands are shown with their (old) notes and with their (old) auto-rate-symbols again!

=> So the players (with notes and more) are still stored in the db if you purge all hands.

Question:
What's to do to show cashgame-players without hands?

If you click Settings and on the Performance tab uncheck "filter player list" you should see a full list of players on the left. I don't know if there is internal checking to make sure that cash game players have at least one hand imported, though. Tournament players do need one hand otherwise you get a lot of slowdown as a result of importing tourney results for big tournaments.

Yes, I unchecked "filter player list" and clicked "Clear", too.
Cashgameplayers with no hands are still not shown.
(So probably there is an internal checking)

But if I select this "empty" (all hands purged) db for HUD (together with an active db), I can see the player-notes of this empty db! :)

The HUD picks up all notes on all players in all selected databases . . . so yes that will pick those notes up.

The stats were not only moved around. They were not the same i used before (different popups,...,...) Greatfully I found an older update of my layouts.pt3 file. I installed Beta 24 again and switched to my old layout.

If I know want to switch to the new version how can I manage that without any changes in the Hud settings??? I would also be great if I dont have to move the stats again to the right positions because it took really really really long to manage them as I want them to.

my graph stats do not match my "general tab" stats. for example, my last session say i played 1612 hands and finished up $101.45, but my graph says i played 1844 and finished up $135.30. this just started since i downloaded the new beta. any help with fixing this will be very much so appreciated. thank you.

You really need to implement the limit conversion feature soon. I have 15 different levels in my DB for various reasons, and I've only played on 9 of these.

At "Table averages" are showed stats provided form all sesions and hands played at that table and only if I put the mouse cursor upon the stat are showed subsidiarily the numbers from curent sesion, numbers that are important to me..how can I fix this in order to see only the numbers for curent sesion ?
Thank you for the answer !
