PT3 Wont Start

WhiteRider - Support told me to create a new database. But, PT won't even start. I'm not sure how to do that.

I have a little info. I went into my routers setup and looked at the local network. For some reason the IP I had assigned for the database isn't in there anymore. I looked in the pg_hba file to make sure it's the one I wanted. And it is missing. I'm not sure if that helps.

So I imagine this is the same problem the op had. Except I don't know how to fix my IP problem.

You can add new lines to the pg_hba.conf file without any real trouble.

You'll want the line to read: host all all IP-Address/32 md5

You can replace md5 with trust if you prefer. Save and restart the server and see if that helps.

Update - I kinda went crazy and tried to backup as much as I could. Then I reinstalled PT3 and PostreSQL. Not everything was there but, it's running again. Guess I'll just start all over again. Thanks for all the help guys.
