Please enable logging (Configure --> Options --> Logging Enabled should be checked, then restart PT3) and attempt to open a table and when it fails then submit the C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\PokerTracker.log to a support ticket and we'll look into what could be causing this for you and help get it resolved.

I have been away for 3 weeks. On my return today, just upgraded to a92 (and b20), run Table Tracker and it finds tables, but returns no stats on any players at the level selected. This is definitely at a level/site, where I have lots of hands on players. I haven't changed any of the TT settings from before I went on vacation (and it worked fine then).

When I click on a table in TT, rather than the list of players appearing in the Table Detail Window, the window reports "unable to load query into report". Reason: Attemping to access a null points (class ResultSet.... Sounds like a problem at server end.

I am using Windows XP, PT3 beta20.
I was able to use the Open table feature on TT, but it stop functioning when Stars had recent update.

Is this happen to everyone or just me?

We're aware that Stars's most recent software update broke table opening. The Table Tracker developers are working on a fix which will hopefully be available soon.

Now again it doesn't work due to beta 21.

Hmm, it works for me in Beta 21.
Are you sure that the tables you are trying to open aren't hidden in the Stars lobby?
What level are you searching for?
