Beta 21 Released

im trying the new beta 21 version
im testing the email import , i request 6 diferent tournament summaries from PS, and when clicking from "Import From Email" a new window appears but nothing happend

What about the purging bug ? I mean is someone able to purge >100k hands without PT3 freezing? purge is an essential feature.... I got no response to my ticket, nor when a bug fix gets released... Shouldn be fixing bugs > new sites ? (your words).

So don't you see anything in the new window?
Please enable logging, reproduce the problem and submit your PokerTracker.log file to the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.

beta 20 works normally

A couple of other users have reported this too.
What exactly isn't working? Is it importing hands?

Please enable logging, reproduce the problem by playing a few hands on a single table and submit your PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log files (zip/compress them first, call it logs.zip) to the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.

I play a tournament at boss media and get this note when I starts PT3 :

PokerTracker cannot display the Hud on Boss Media tournament tables at this time because they cannot be uniquely identified.

As far as I was aware, the HUD wouldn't work for tournaments at Boss Media. The release notes say it works for both, but I haven't been able to get it to work for tournaments either. I think this is probably a typo in the release notes, but I'm trying to find out for sure.
