What happened to my old HUD stats???? my old hud I configured is totally gone......... how can i restore it?????

Your old HUD stats should be in the Layouts.pt3 file in the C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\Data\ directory unless you installed PT3 to a different directory. Beta 25 may move the location of your stats around the first time (though they should save afterwards), but it shouldn't destroy any HUD data. That said, if you could please attach that layouts file to a support ticket we'll look into what can be recovered.

The stats were not only moved around. They were not the same i used before (different popups,...,...) Greatfully I found an older update of my layouts.pt3 file. I installed Beta 24 again and switched to my old layout.

If I know want to switch to the new version how can I manage that without any changes in the Hud settings??? I would also be great if I dont have to move the stats again to the right positions because it took really really really long to manage them as I want them to.[/quote]

Did you install Beta 25 to a different directory? If you did, that would create a new default layouts file. If you copy the backup of your layout into the Data directory of Beta 25 it should be converted and your actual groups won't be affected. You will need to reposition the stats once, though, and I'm sorry about that -- but it won't happen again.

my graph stats do not match my "general tab" stats. for example, my last session say i played 1612 hands and finished up $101.45, but my graph says i played 1844 and finished up $135.30. this just started since i downloaded the new beta. any help with fixing this will be very much so appreciated. thank you.

Please check to make sure you don't have any filters included. Click the Clear button at the top right and see if that causes your reports to agree.

You really need to implement the limit conversion feature soon. I have 15 different levels in my DB for various reasons, and I've only played on 9 of these.

This is planned and very high on our list. I can't say for certain if it'll be included in Beta 26, but I'd be surprised if it wasn't.

There isn't an easy way to limit opponent's stats to just this session. You could use the "display information from last X hands only" if you'd like, but that will give you data across several sessions (though if you had it to last 50 hands or something, it would all be pretty recent).

I think my formulation wasn't very clear and I made myself misunderstood...I was referring at table average statistics, not the ones of the players sitting on the table (whom I want to consider all the hands played)...in contradistinction with players statsitics I want that table average statistics to be reffered only at the curent sesion like has been at PT2 and also PT3 except this last release...I hope I made myself understood this time

I don't believe that is possible at the moment, but I'll make the suggestion to the development team.

I was hoping to be able to selectively export by player name. I tried exploring Beta 25 for this feature, but failed to find it.

Did I miss it or is this capability not implemented?

This is not currently possible but I agree that it would be useful and I have already requested it.

I would like to ask you if is possible fix these problems in HUD.

1. I would like to arange for example total AF/flopAF/turnAF/riverAF stats to the one line without big space between first and second stat number in the pop-up, but is not possible to do that. I tried to alignment it to the left, center, right and different combinations of these options, but I cant achieve the result as on the adjust second picture.



2.On the Configure Hud window, If I double click on some stat on the middle of the list of stats and remove it, I would like to stand on the next line/stat. At this time I will be move to the up (first stat) and have to find again the position of the stats I want to edit.

Please enable logging, reproduce the problem and submit your PokerTracker.log file to the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.
