It might be related to your language - I am not certain how many Hebrew users we have. We are reaching the end of my day but, if it hasn't been tested by someone else by tomorrow, I'll check the Hebrew environment and see if it works for me (it will be nice to test a language I can actually read some of for once!). Do make sure you have PokerStars installed in English though.

Dirkvanb: Yes the Zoom HUD is just like the normal one - PokerStars writes the full hand history text even if you fast fold, though they are written in order so you may see bursts of data after longer hands finish.

It was my foreign language in college - I decided I finally wanted to learn what some of those words I'd been saying every week meant

סליחה - that took longer than expected - I just tested and I can see the HUD properly in a Hebrew environment. Please try following these exact steps and see if it helps:

1) Start PokerTracker
2) Start PokerStars and LOGIN
3) Start PT auto-import
4) Join a Zoom table

Then please restart PT3 with the Logging Enabled link, reproduce this problem and report it - your log file is necessary to figure out what is going on at this point. PM me your ticket number once you've sent it and I'll escalate it so that it gets looked at more quickly.

The Zoom HUD for PT3 was released a few weeks ago - you just need to update to our latest PT3 Beta version for support. You can find the latest PT3 Beta on our download page.
