Is this into a new database? If not, please try stopping the import and running the housekeeping functions on that database.

If it is on a new database, please enable logging (Configure --> Options --> Logging Enabled and restart PT3) and attempt to manually import one more time then attach the C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\PokerTracker.log to a support ticket and we'll look into what could be causing this for you.

Any ETA on the next beta when Prima is supported? I have a ton of hands that I need to import. Also, how are things coming with legacy UB?

I'm not sure when the next Beta will be available, but I do know that Pacific will be included in it (it's in the alpha version now), so hopefully we'll get the next site added soon, do some more alpha testing and get out a Beta in the not too distant future. I don't have an exact timeframe for it, I'm afraid, though. We'd prefer to iron out the nastier bugs without a wider Beta release (as I'm sure you appreciate :)

Hello,
I installed the new release Without PostgreSQL. Everything seemed to install correctly, and I didn't get an error message... I imported my old data, and everything was fine. I tried to filter it to see how many hands I played in the month of January. After I tried to filter back all data, it no longers shows all my previous hand. i tried importing the old files several times, but it says that it is a duplicate. can you please show me how I can retrieve all my old data again. Thanks.

Im currently using version 3 beta 23 .. and although ive have a problem with a missing session or two .. overall its not so bad ..

Can i just skip beta 24 and go straight to build 4 ? ... if i do go straight to build 4 .. do i have to re-import all my hands or start a new database ?

Thanks again

You can skip straight to Build 4 and you shouldn't need to re-import. PT3 will update your databases when you first launch it, but this shouldn't cause any problems. Just install over the top with PT3 closed, as you normally do.
