Try maximizing the window and seeing if they appear then and drag them to a different location once they're displaying.

Please enable logging (Configure --> Options --> Logging Enabled and restart PT3) and attempt to import while playing for one full orbit then attach the C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\PokerTracker.log and C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\PokerTrackerHud.log files to a support ticket and we'll look into what could be causing this for you.

I think I found out whats wrong. It's because the stats were on the side panel. And when I closed the panel (which I usually do right away before the HUD appears) the stats dissappeared with the panel. So I opened the panel and positioned the stats on the table and saved again. Dont know if U wanna solve the issue of stats dissappearing when they are on the side panel when it is closed.

Thanks for the update, we'll make a note of it and if anybody else reports the same behavior on OnGame, I'll make sure to have them check that the stats aren't on the sidebar.

He is the answer of Ongame about tournament identifier missing in the log file and the PockerTracker compatibility issue:

Hi,

Thank you for contacting Ongame Network.

Please be advised that Ongame Network does not support any third party software and we therefore advise players not to use it when playing on the Network.

However, I have forwarded your feedback to the relevant department. I cannot guarantee that it will be implemented, but they will at least consider it.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us!

Regards,
OngameNetwork Ombudsman

These guys are really funny (id: not serious).

I suggest everybody using PT3 with Ongame to send the same request to Ongame (fill the Ombudsman form on the Ongame website.)
