That's probably the case because that folder doesn't exist by default - feel free to create it and send the processed files there. I'm virtually certain that it will make no difference to the overall behavior.

You should NOT be importing from the Processed folder - that will cause problems.
The folder configured to import from must be completely separate from the Processed folder.

Well if that is the case, then why does Pokertracker work on my desktop then and not my laptop?

As long as the folders are separate it shouldn't matter where they are.
The default for the Processed folder is PokerTracker 3\Processed.

Okay. It still does not work. I just saw that previously i did not check the Enable Logging but then did it thought that could been the reason. However, it still does not work. I mentioned that when i installed pokertracker on laptop. that i installed the postsql. It was downloading 2 parts i remember but when i downloaded pt3 on my desktop, i never recalled doing this. Could that be the reason its not working? I pretty much compared my pokertracker on laptop with desktop and only thing different is the processed folder file.

How do i know if the folders are separate? Can you explain this part?

"Enable Logging" will not fix anything, it will just mean that log files are written and if you send those to use via a Support ticket then we'll be able to see what is going on.

Tutorial: Submitting a Bug Report

The folders which PT3 is importing from and moving processed files to need to be different. If they are the same, or subfolders of each other, then you will have problems because the same files will be imported every time you start importing.
Set them up so they are different something like:
C:\Bodog hand histories
..for the import folder, and:
c:\Program Files (x86)\PokerTracker 3\Processed
..for the processed folder is fine.

C:\Program Files (x86)\PokerTracker 3\Processed

is what is shown in the Move Processed Files To

C:/Users/My Name/AppData/Local/PokerTracker/ Bodog Hand History

is what is shown in the Hand History Directory

Is there anything wrong with that?

No, that's fine - please send us your log files so that we can see what is going on.
