Today when playing a HU cashgame, I noticed that when I fold my button, the VPIP number of my opponent goes down. Meaning that when we don't even play a hand his VPIP goes down.
I'm not quite sure if this is ok, since it sounds pretty weird. He didn't even have the chance to put money in the pot, so why should it effect his VPIP?

Please let me know if this is a bug or not, thanks.

This is not a bug. VP$IP is: (times put money in voluntarily) / (number of hands). Since the number of hands increased, the % will go down.

Well yes, I know what the stat means, but I don't think it should be applied here. The opponent doesn't have a chance to voluntarily put money in the pot, since he only has/had his BB invested in the pot. When i fold my SB to him he just picks up the pot without doing anything. IMO the VPIP stat shouldn't decrease then.

Hi just downloaded 10.. I have created a new database, but cant get the indivdual stats.. The mucked cards show up, but nothing else/

Make sure the Hud is configured to only read from that new database.

Would it be difficult to change to definition to:

(times put money in voluntarily) / (number of hands where option was available)

?

VP$IP is well known, and it wouldn't be a good idea to go changing it. You are free to create your own substitute for personal use if you desire.

Betfair is currently ranked 18, so it will be a while before we get to it. Probably a couple months.

Can you help me with these stats, they are the only stats I have left that I want to add to my layout."

Have these stats been added, I'm currently importing hands to the new DB so I can't check this out myself

Unfortunately not yet, but we plan on adding a boatload of new stats soon.
