I think WhiteRider also was referring to the refresh rates; if you have the lowest refresh rate not set to 0, new players at the table won't get updated. So the lowest refresh rate needs to be 0 to whenever (I personally use 0 to 25 refreshing every 1).

hmmm my refresh rate is 1 to 200 (the first one) and everything works just fine.

I find that a bit surprising; I didn't think it'd pick new people up if it didn't start at 0 either. But if it's working, it's working.

Hello,

since Beta 22 the HUD is no longer displayed. Iplay cashgame SH on Ongame network using minitables.
Everything worked fine until I updated to Beta 22 and Beta 23 didn't make things better.
Hands are being imported successfully but the stats and the PT icon don't appear while playing.
I need help

Domi,

Try resetting the OnGame database and see if that helps: on PT3's auto import tab, click OnGame, then click OnGame Configuration at the right and "Clear Databases Now". This will not harm your PT3 data in any way.

If that doesn't help, please enable logging (Configure --> Options --> Logging Enabled and restart PT3) and import while playing for one full orbit on a single table and then attach the C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\PokerTracker.log and C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\PokerTrackerHud.log files to a support ticket and we'll look into what could be causing this for you.

You should really make the hud-configurating a lot easier. Some kind of preview of the config should be added fast. Configing the hud is really slow and frustrating when you have to play at the same time when you are changeing tha layout.

You can configure the HUD when not playing for everything but group location on the table. Configure --> Configure HUD --> Cash or Tournament from the menu bar in PT3 proper.

I agree that things should be improved and they will be, but in the meantime, I'd recommend building the basic HUD while not playing, then adjust the location on one table while playing, then PT Icon --> Save Layout and then open more tables and go from there. That should at least minimize frustration due to playing and working on the HUD simultaneously.

Hi!
I have problem with the 'Enter tournament results' section.
When I enter the result of a tournament/sng (Autofill and Save), and the 'Only Tournaments Needing Results' checkbox is checked in, the tournament/sng doesn't disappear from the list.
It worked fine in the beta22, if i'm not wrong.
